This weekend (Friday August 16th) we're at Robson Valley Music Festival! It's our first show out of Alberta, so we'll try not to get in an argument with our new fans about pipelines or booze embargoes. After that, we're playing at Waynestock in drumheller on August 30th, so come on down there for a super Albertan hootenanny! Or is it a hoedown? Or shindig? Maybe a little of all of those. Big news from our music video department coming to you soon as well!
We've been invited back to the East Coulee Springfest fundraiser to perform there again this year for their 25th anniversary! We're closing out the festival on Saturday, May 4th at 10pm, so come check us out if you're in the area - it's their 25th year for the event, and it's kind of a big deal. https://ecsmuseum.ca/springfest/
Happy new years everyone! 2018 was a pretty good year for us and we've got some exciting announcements for next year. Second, we've received a grant for an Accidental Beach music video next summer! Now you won't have to wait as long until our next video is out. Much excite! Wow! Big thanks to the Edmonton Arts Council and the judges/reviewers there; it's so nice to have your work appreciated enough to be deemed worthy of a grant.
Third... well that's it for now, but we'll have another gig announcements for February soon and more in the spring!
We finally did it - we finished "A Fusilli Western". No longer a one trick pony, we're a TWO trick pony! Maybe we'll make some more tricks down the road, but we hope you enjoy our labor of love. And big thanks to everyone that came out to be a part of the video. Make sure to select the high quality settings on Youtube when viewing on a larger screens. We hope it makes your top 3 "WTF did I just see on the internet today".
